Brendan H.

Brendan H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brendan started their career at American Eagle Outfitters as a Sales Associate in 2009, where they provided customer service, operated the cash register, and assisted with store operations. In 2011, they joined Liberty University as a Financial Aid Call Center Agent, helping students with various financial aid options and providing support through phone calls and live chats.

Brendan then transitioned to the role of Loans Processor at Liberty University, where they processed student loan applications, resolved errors, and addressed inquiries from students. Brendan also worked as a Resident Assistant, supervising undergraduate and graduate residents, conducting leadership meetings, and providing guidance during crisis situations.

In 2013, Brendan became a Financial Aid Officer at The Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham, where they developed and finalized student financial plans and counseled students regarding financial aid. Brendan later joined Paul Mitchell Schools as a Financial Aid Leader, overseeing financial aid processes.

In 2016, Brendan joined Apple as a Technical Expert, offering technical support to customers, diagnosing product issues, and providing solutions for repairs or replacements. Brendan then worked at MyComputerCareer in various finance-related roles, including Financial Aid Planner, Financial Aid Counselor, Financial Counselor Manager, and Assistant Director of Financial Aid. In these positions, Brendan was responsible for financial planning, counseling students on eligibility and costs, and mentoring and leading financial counseling teams.

Currently, Brendan is employed at Element451 as a Customer Success Manager, where they help customers achieve their goals and ensures their success. Brendan previously held the role of Solutions Engineer, providing technical expertise, and is currently serving as the Manager of Sales Engineering.

Brendan H. earned a Master's degree in New Media Journalism from Full Sail University, graduating in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Youth Ministry from Liberty University in 2011. Brendan completed their high school education at Denbigh Baptist Christian School and received their diploma in 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications in "The Top 10 Project Management Mistakes—and How to Avoid Them" and "Leading Productive Meetings" from LinkedIn in 2022.
