Brendan H. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brendan started their career at American Eagle Outfitters as a Sales Associate in 2009, where they provided customer service, operated the cash register, and assisted with store operations. In 2011, they joined Liberty University as a Financial Aid Call Center Agent, helping students with various financial aid options and providing support through phone calls and live chats.

Brendan then transitioned to the role of Loans Processor at Liberty University, where they processed student loan applications, resolved errors, and addressed inquiries from students.
