Dan Dal Degan is an accomplished board member, investor, and advisor with extensive experience in the enterprise software sector. Currently, Dan serves on the boards of several high-growth, private equity-owned companies, as well as holding advisory roles at various organizations. As the former CEO of SpringCM, Dan led its acquisition by DocuSign for $270 million after significantly growing the company’s revenue and customer base. Dan’s career includes key positions at Salesforce, Oracle, and several other notable firms, contributing to their success during critical growth phases. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in General Engineering/Computer Science from the University of Illinois and a master's degree in management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
