Megan Butts

Megan Butts has a diverse and progressive work experience. Megan currently holds the role of Senior Engagement Analyst at Element451, a position they started in August 2022. Before this, they worked as a Customer Success Analyst from March 2022 to August 2022 and as a Customer Success Specialist from July 2021 to March 2022, both at Element451. Prior to joining Element451, Megan worked as a Graduate Admission Counselor at Webster University from June 2020 to July 2021. Megan also gained experience at Southeast Missouri State University, where they served as a Senior Ambassador from August 2017 to April 2020, and earlier as a Student Ambassador from August 2016 to August 2017. Megan's previous experience includes an internship at Express Scripts, where they worked as an Intern in Member Experience Analytics & Insights from May 2019 to August 2019.

Megan Butts completed their Master of Science degree in Data Analytics from Webster University from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Southeast Missouri State University, also completing minors in Computer Science and Developmental Psychology during their time there from 2016 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Megan has obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they completed "The Top 10 Project Management Mistakes—and How to Avoid Them" from LinkedIn. Megan also completed "Leading Productive Meetings" in January 2022. In March 2021, Megan completed certifications in "Power BI: Dashboards for Beginners," "Staying Organized While Working Remotely or On-Site," and "Using Microsoft Teams and Outlook Together: Maximizing Productivity," all from LinkedIn.
