Patrick Poulin

Patrick Poulin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in advanced mass timber engineering, robotics, and aerospace. As President and CEO of Element5 since May 2019, Patrick has played a pivotal role in the design and production of modern mass timber buildings. In addition, Patrick serves as President and Managing Partner at NAEV Capital, providing advisory and investment services. Previous roles include Entrepreneur in Residence at TechAlliance of Southwestern Ontario, Professor at Fanshawe College, and Vice President at Zoetis Inc. Patrick's career also includes leadership positions at KL Food Processing Automation, Schaeffler, and FAG Aerospace, showcasing a strong background in business development, product management, and operational oversight. Patrick holds an EMBA in Finance from Purdue University and a BESc in Mechanical Engineering from Western University.
