Tim Carlson

Tim Carlson is a seasoned Customer Success Manager with extensive experience in client relations and operations management. Currently employed at Element5 since April 2022, Tim previously held similar roles at KnowBe4 and ConnectWise. Earlier in the career, Tim served as a Business Knowledge Specialist at ConnectWise and operated as Assistant Manager of Operations at Gas Distribution Systems Inc., overseeing ecommerce business functions, customer service, and inventory management. Additional experience includes bartending and serving at Grandma's Restaurant Company in a high-volume setting. Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
