Urmila P's work experience includes serving as Head of Human Resources at Element5 since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager - HRSS at Lebara India from January 2022 to July 2023. Preceding this role, they were an HR Manager - HRSS & Payroll at Lebara from May 2018 to January 2022.
