Adeel Hassan

Adeel Hassan is a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Element 84 since May 2023, responsible for developing machine learning solutions for geospatial applications and contributing to all stages of ML services projects. Previously, Adeel worked at Azavea from August 2020 to April 2023 as a Machine Learning Engineer in R&D and performed original deep learning research as a Research Fellow in June 2019. Adeel's earlier experience includes leading an AI team at Afiniti as an Algorithm Analyst, and serving as an Application Developer at MarketLytics, where Adeel developed various applications. Adeel holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Business Administration.
