Brad Andrick

Brad Andrick is a Senior Front-End UI&UX Engineer at Element 84. Before that, they worked as a Senior IT Programmer Analyst at Mecklenburg County from April 2021 to March 2022. There, they focused on developing software with a focus on geospatial technologies. Brad also oversaw the system design and development of applications for internal and external stakeholders owned project lifecycle. In addition, they were responsible for migrating existing systems to modern architecture and re engineering of existing legacy codebase.

From July 2019 to April 2021, Brad Andrick worked as Lead Software Engineer at Theorem Geo Associates. There, they coordinated and lead development, enhancement and ongoing maintenance of software products. Brad also architected and executed migration from AWS to Google Cloud Platform of application infrastructure. Furthermore, they designed applied machine learning applications to productize asset extraction and computer vision technologies. Lastly, they were the product owner for building a spatial video application system and led product roadmap and re-design efforts.

Prior to that, Brad Andrick worked as Technology Solutions Administrator\Programmer at ArborMetrics Solutions, Inc. from August 2016 to July 2019.

Before joining ArborMetrics Solutions, Inc., Brad Andrick worked as GIS Coordinator at James Madison University from August 2013 to August 2016.

Brad Andrick received their Master of Science in Cartography & GIS Development - GIS Development and Programming from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Brad also holds a Bachelor of Science in Geographic Science from James Madison University. Prior to that, they completed general/transfer coursework at Laurel Ridge Community College.

Their manager is Lauren Frederick, Director of Engineering. They work with Neeraj Sirdeshmukh - Senior Geospatial Engineer, Vighnesh Sivakumar - DevOps Engineer, and Jarrett Keifer - Senior Geospatial Software Engineer.
