Cory Krause, PhD, currently serves as a Product Manager at Element 84, starting in April 2025. Prior to this role, Cory worked as a Program Manager at IARPA from February 2024 to April 2025 and held the position of Research and Development Program Manager at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency from October 2021 to February 2024. Cory's earlier experience includes roles as a Machine Learning Engineer and Senior ITS Analyst at Noblis from June 2015 to October 2021, and as a Civil Engineer at the Federal Highway Administration from July 2013 to June 2015. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland, where Cory was a Graduate Research Assistant and Congressional Liaison for the American Society of Civil Engineers during the study period from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Cory worked as a GIS consultant for the Maryland State Highway Administration in the summer of 2010.
