Trevor Skaggs is an experienced professional in the fields of climate resilience, geospatial software engineering, and disaster response. Currently serving as the Climate Resilience and Disaster Response Lead and Senior Geospatial Software Engineer at Element 84 since April 2020, Trevor also holds the position of CEO and President at Skaggs Applied Research LLC and is the Founder and Executive Director of Shelterly, roles maintained since April 2019. Additionally, Trevor contributes as a Board Member and Training Officer for Butte County Sheriff's Search & Rescue since January 2018.
