Wes Sebree

Church Consultant, Sales Associate at Elemental Churches

Wes Sebree is a Church Consultant and Sales Associate at Elemental Churches. Wes has over fifteen years of experience in ministry, including serving as Lead Discipleship Pastor at Northeast Christian Church from June 2018 to September 2020. Prior to that, they were the Community Minister at Lakeside Christian Church from April 2016 to January 2018. In that role, they led a department with over 150 volunteers and provided oversight to more than 60 Community Groups across three campuses. Wes also recruited and trained leaders/facilitators and provided ongoing training, resources, and coaching for focused educational opportunities for adults at all campuses.

From 2007 to 2015, Sebree served as Lead Pastor at Crossway Community Church. In that role, they oversaw all aspects of the church’s ministry, including preaching, teaching, discipleship, counseling, and evangelism. Wes also developed and implemented strategic plans for the church’s growth and development.

Sebree has also served as an Independent Business Consultant and as Lead Staff Pastor at First Church of Christ. Wes has a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Liberty University and a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary.

Wes Sebree has a Master of Divinity (MDiv) and a Master of Arts (MA) in Bible/Biblical Studies from Cincinnati Christian University. Wes also has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from God's Bible School & College. In addition, they are certified as an Executive Bourbon Steward from Moonshine University and as a Kentucky Bourbon Steward from Stave & Thief Society.

Wes Sebree reports to Tom Vollmer, Director of Sales. They are on a team with Shawn Barkley - Church Consultant, Sales Associate, Paul Baldwin - Church Consultant, Sales Associate, Organizational Strategist, and Al Buchweitz - Sales Associate, Church Consultant.
