Anna Wright

Anna Wright is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and business consultancy. As the Founder and Director of Elemental Concept since December 2016, Anna focuses on assisting companies in realizing their business plans through innovative technology solutions. Additionally, Anna serves as Director for Uniformd by Elemental Concept and previously held significant HR roles, including HR Director at Leo Tech Services Pte Ltd, where responsibilities included establishing the London office, and Chief HR Officer at SmartFocus. Anna's background in international HR strategy was further developed as International HR Director at RedPrairie, along with earlier roles managing expatriate policies at CB&I and advising on HR matters at Associated Newspapers. Academic qualifications include an MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster and a BA in Applied Psychology from Cardiff University.
