Dr Phil Jacobs

Dr. Phil Jacobs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and software engineering. As the Founder and COO of Elemental Concept since December 2016, Dr. Jacobs has defined and delivered operational strategies aligned with business goals, overseeing project delivery from initial research to production launch. Previous roles include Operations Director at Leo Tech Services Pte Ltd, where Agile Scrum methodologies were adopted, and CIO at Starlizard Consulting, where an Engineering and IT department was built from the ground up. Dr. Jacobs began a career in software engineering at Barclays Investment Bank and Morgan Stanley, after completing a PhD in Physical Chemistry at the University of Leeds and obtaining an undergraduate degree from Imperial College London.
