Lan

Lan Ma is a CMO Project Manager at Elemental Enzymes, responsible for managing relationships with contract manufacturers, overseeing production runs, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet production targets. Prior to this role, Lan was a Process Engineer III at Perfect Day, focusing on technology transfer, process optimization, and scale-up in alternative protein production. At CP Kelco, Lan served as a Sr. Research Engineer, collaborating on ISO and cGMP certification for the Pilot Plant and supervising the micro and fermentation team for R&D and commercialization efforts. Lan's career began as a Research Assistant at Texas Tech University, where experimental protocols and statistical models were developed. Lan holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from China University of Mining and Technology.
