Lani manages communications to Elemental Excelerator’s portfolio companies and vibrant innovation ecosystem. She also leads operations and logistics for Elemental Excelerator events.
Lani was a Catering Sales & Event Manager for four Waikiki Marriott beachfront properties, managing a variety of events from weddings to fundraising galas to corporate conferences and meetings. Prior to that, she was the Coordinator, Special Events with the Queen’s Health Systems in their Fund Development department, coordinating a number events including the organization’s annual fundraising gala for over 1,100 guests, raising over $1 million each year. Lani is born and raised in Hawaii, graduating from Iolani School and earning a Bachelor’s at the University of California, Davis.
Lani enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, Target and Costco runs, finding new (and simple!) vegan recipes, and walking her Australian Shepherd furbabies, Bear and Harlow.
