Samantha Salera

Samantha Salera, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned People and Human Resources leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR compliance. They served as People Lead and later People Manager at Quil Health, where they designed recruitment processes that led to high employee satisfaction ratings and guided the company's workforce through significant transitions. Prior to their time at Quil, they worked in various HR roles, including a Recruiting Coordinator at SAP and an HR Generalist at Community Veterinary Partners. Currently, Salera is the Human Resources Manager at Elementar Americas and serves as a Human Resources Consultant at Exude Human Capital. They hold a B.S. in Labor and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University.
