Nathaniel Black

Nathaniel Black has a diverse work experience in the field of DevOps and IT. Nathaniel currently holds the position of Director of DevOps at Elementary Robotics, where they focus on the company's DevOps, security, and compliance needs. Prior to joining Elementary, Nathaniel worked at BlackBerry as a Senior DevOps Engineer and IT Engineer Sr. Nathaniel joined BlackBerry through their acquisition of Cylance, where they also held roles as a Senior DevOps Engineer, IT Engineer Sr., IT Engineer, and Systems Administrator. Before their tenure at Cylance, Nathaniel worked as an IT Manager at Christian Counseling Service and as a Technology Coordinator at Gorman Learning Center. Nathaniel started their career as an IT Services Engineer at The Computer Place/Omidi Enterprises.

Nathaniel Black holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Security and Assurance from Western Governors University. Nathaniel also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology from the same institution. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Bakersfield, and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Letters, Arts, and Science from Antelope Valley College.
