Damian Salter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in creative design and financial management. Currently serving as CMO and Co-Founder of ELEMENTARYb since September 2019, Damian leads an intelligent financial management platform that empowers midsize enterprises with enhanced decision-making capabilities. As Creative Director at Elevator Design Studio since March 2011, Damian specializes in brand identity, focusing on effective visual communication for organizations. Previously, as Senior Designer at Calibre Design & Marketing Group from October 1997 to April 2020, Damian played a pivotal role as Creative Lead, enhancing the firm's interactive strategies and overall product offerings. Damian holds a BA Hons in Graphic Design from the University of Lincoln, completed in 1997.
