Héctor Santander

Héctor Santander is an SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Expert currently serving as the SuccessFactors Lead at Elementia Materiales, where they oversee operations across more than eight countries and eighteen plants. Previously, they contributed to the successful implementation of Employee Central Payroll at Centro Médico ABC and held various roles at GNP Seguros, including Specialist in HCM SAP. Héctor studied Information Technology at Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, where they are currently pursuing their degree, having previously earned a degree in Administration from the same institution.
