Arthur Norman has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing and supply chain industry. Arthur has recently served as the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Manufacturing at Elementis Global since 2023. Prior to that, they held several leadership positions at DuPont, including Global Integrated Operations Leader, Plant Manager, Global Continuous Improvement Manager, Program Manager, Site Technical Superintendent, Senior Production Superintendent, Production Superintendent, Production Supervisor, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Process Engineer, spanning from 1998 to 2023. In these roles, they have demonstrated expertise in managing operations, supply chain performance, continuous improvement, and team development.

Arthur Norman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science from Trinity University, where they attended from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Strake Jesuit College Preparatory from 1988 to 1992, receiving a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma. After their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, graduating in 1998. In addition to their formal education, Arthur also holds several certifications in the field of supply chain management, including Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS, obtained in July 2012, and Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Part 1 from APICS, obtained in July 2019. More recently, in July 2020, they obtained a certification in Corporate Financial Statement Analysis from LinkedIn.
