Hannah Constantine

Hannah Constantine serves as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Company Secretary at Elementis Global since August 2025. Prior to this role, Hannah held multiple positions at Smiths Group plc from April 2017 to August 2025, including General Counsel for Corporate & M&A and Director of Legal Operations, as well as roles such as Associate General Counsel in various capacities. Additional experience includes a Legal Secondee position at Smiths Interconnect and a substantial tenure at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from February 2009 to March 2017, where roles included Associate and Trainee Solicitor. Hannah Constantine holds a degree in Modern and Medieval Languages from the University of Cambridge and studied at BPP Law School.
