Rick Lin

Rick Lin has over 25 years of experience in research and development. Rick started their career at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) in 1994 as a Research Associate, where they conducted research on polymer optical fibers, adhesives, and hybrid latex. In 2011, Rick joined Elementis Specialties as the R&D Director for Asia, a role they currently hold.

Rick Lin earned a Master's Degree in Polymer Science of Chemical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University between 1992 and 1994.
