Tracy Barton

Global Director Process Improvement at Elementis

Tracy Barton has a strong background in process improvement and leadership roles in the chemical industry. Tracy started their career at DuPont in 1995 as a Chemical Engineer and worked there for twenty years. At DuPont, they gained experience in process engineering and held various roles until their departure in 2015. Barton then joined The Chemours Company, where they took on several leadership positions, including Site Continuous Improvement and Training Leader, Unit Manager Utilities, and Site Procurement Leader. Tracy worked at The Chemours Company until 2020 when they moved to Elementis Global as the Global Director of Process Improvement.

Tracy Barton obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Tracy has also earned certifications in "Setting Team and Employee Goals Using SMART Methodology" and "Strategic Thinking" from LinkedIn in February 2021.
