Hen Tennenbaum

Hen Tennenbaum has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Hen'smost recent position was at Elementor, where they served as the Quality Team Lead and Release Project Manager. In this role, they built the Quality team from scratch, defined their responsibilities and job descriptions, and conducted daily meetings with team members. Hen also managed tasks using Jira, prioritized projects according to the group's needs, and collaborated with other teams within Elementor.

Prior to Elementor, Hen Tennenbaum worked as a Quality Chapter Lead of the "Editor" Group at Eagle Trading Systems (R&D) Ltd. Here, they were responsible for deciding workflows, roles, and timelines within the group, while also mentoring and assisting quality engineers. Hen was also involved in hands-on testing and bug investigation.

Before their roles at Elementor and Eagle Trading Systems, Hen Tennenbaum held positions as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at INSIGHTEC and a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Applied Materials. Hen also had experience as an Arbitration Hearings Typist at eType and a Human Resources Officer in Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps.
