Florence Doumenc

Florence Doumenc currently serves as Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Eléments, a renewable energy producer focused on accelerating the energy transition through decarbonized electricity projects since November 2022. Prior to this role, Florence held the same title at Biotope from September 2020 to October 2022, where the organization comprised Europe's largest team of ecologists, operating nationally and internationally. From 2014 to September 2020, Florence was Directrice des Ressources Humaines and Directrice Générale at LIBRAIRIES SAURAMPS, one of the leading independent bookstores in France. Earlier experience includes the position of Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Hiventy, a company in the film and audiovisual postproduction sector, from 2006 to 2013.
