Jack Lavous is currently the Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Elements.cloud, where they focus on driving process-led innovation and designing digital labor systems. With a background in business operations, Jack served as the Vice President of Business Excellence, leading initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability. Prior to joining Elements.cloud in 2018, Jack worked as a Strategic Analytics Manager and Business Analyst at Mi Property from 2012 to 2018.
