John Huesing

John Huesing is the Chief Executive Officer of Elements Financial, a role they have held since 2024. They also serve on the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors (2024–Present). Previously, they were Vice President and Treasurer at Indiana University Health from 2013 to 2024. Earlier in their career, they held the Global Procurement Manager role at Eli Lilly & Company (1999–2000) and a series of finance leadership positions there, including Finance Department Head - US Affiliate, Finance Manager - Employee Financial Services, Assistant Treasurer, Associate Director Geneva Service Center, and Treasury Manager, Planning, Strategy and Ops. They started their career as a Credit Officer at The First National Bank of Chicago (1989–1992) and as a Senior Financial Analyst at Abbott Laboratories (1992–1995). They earned an MBA in Finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business (1998–2000) and a BS in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington (1985–1989).
