Tom Dooley

Tom Dooley has a diverse background in banking and leadership, with experience spanning multiple roles in various organizations. Notably, Tom served as Banking Center Manager and Business Relationship Officer at First Merchants Corporation and later held the position of Market Leader and Vice President. Other significant roles include Director of Business Services at Riverview Health and VP, Sr. Commercial Loan Officer at Horizon Bank. In addition to banking, Tom contributes to the community as Head Coach for Freshman Boys Basketball at St. Theodore Guerin High School. Educational credentials include an MBA in Leadership from Butler University and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University. Tom also served as Chairman on the Board of Directors for the Westfield Chamber of Commerce and was the Owner of Finn Social Media.
