Cody Roth

Cody Roth, SHRM-SCP, is the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition at BASIS.ed, where they have been since 2021. Previously, Cody held various HR leadership roles at Target, including responsibilities in talent management and employee relations. Cody also served in several key positions at BASIS.ed, such as Director of Employee Relations and Human Resources Business Partner, overseeing HR operations and supporting numerous school sites. Additionally, they have owned a franchise of Elements Massage® since 2014. Cody earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, along with a minor in Psychology, from Arizona State University.
