Janine Donald

Janine Donald is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and finance, demonstrated through a current role as Director of Human Resources and Finance at ELEMENTS, overseeing HR functions for over 100 employees and managing financial budgeting and reporting since September 2016. Previously, Janine served as Executive Director of the Young Adult Program, directing multiple departments while managing HR functions. Janine's experience includes significant leadership positions at Splore, where responsibilities spanned fund development, strategic planning, and staff management. Janine also held the roles of Associate Director and Salt Lake Program Manager at Splore, along with serving as Board President for Amigos de las Americas, where oversight of chapter operations was pivotal.
