Summer Navarro

Summer Navarro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner operations and technology services, currently serving as the VP of Partner Operations and Technology Services at Elements XS | Novotx since May 2017. In this role, Summer directs the Implementation Team’s efforts, overseeing new customer onboarding projects and defining implementation processes to ensure efficiency. Previous positions include Director of Services, Implementation Team Lead, and Implementation Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed project planning, GIS integration, training facilitation, and product demonstrations. Prior to Elements XS, Summer worked at the City of St. George from April 2000 to May 2016, holding roles such as Engineering Associate GIS/Utility Asset Management and Streets Systems Coordinator, where Summer contributed to the design and maintenance of GIS and asset management systems for the city's electrical facilities and acted as a systems administrator for the Streets Division.
