Dustin Schell

Dustin Schell has extensive experience in the hospitality and recreation sectors, beginning as a Pro Shop Associate at Ute Creek GC and Mariana Butte GC, where responsibilities included scheduling tee times and managing golf shop operations. An internship with the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour provided insights into tournament operations and sales and marketing strategies. Dustin served as an AYS and Front Desk Agent at Marriott International, where guest relations and reservation management were key duties. As an Event and Sales Coordinator at Marriott International, Dustin excelled in proposal generation, lead management, and logistical coordination for events. Currently, Dustin occupies the role of Sales Coordinator at ELEMENTS and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism from Colorado State University.
