Ian Thompson

Ian Thompson has extensive work experience in the software development field. Ian currently serves as the Head of Software Development (O&T) at elementsuite, where they lead a team of software engineers and is responsible for developing and enhancing elementsuite's Onboarding & Talent application and modules. Prior to this, Ian worked as a Full Stack Software Engineer at elementsuite.

Before joining elementsuite, Ian held various roles at Kerridge Commercial Systems, including Senior Technical Analyst from 2016 to 2018 and Technical Analyst from 2013 to 2016. In these positions, they gained expertise in technical analysis and support.

Ian also has experience with IBM, where they worked as a Cognos BI - Technical Support Analyst. Their responsibilities at IBM included supporting the IBM Cognos 8 & 10 BI product suite, collaborating with IBM Business Partners on end-user solutions, and assisting customers with troubleshooting and design issues.
