John DeCaro is a Founding Partner at Elementum Advisors, LLC. Previously, John worked as a Portfolio Manager at Stark Investments and Cochran Caronia Waller. Prior to that, John was an Associate Director at Aon. John holds a Master of Science in Financial Markets & Trading from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of South Carolina.
