James Pearson has worked in the following roles and companies:

- From November 2020 to present, they worked as a Senior Python Developer at Elemica. James led a team in migrating emails from an old legacy system to a modern one, with responsibilities including software development, architecture, and project management. James utilized Python and AWS services for this project.

- From September 2018 to September 2020, they worked as a C# Developer at NatWest Markets. James led a project to migrate users to a new Rates trading platform and was responsible for business analysis, project management, and software development. Prior to this role, they were a C++ Developer from July 2015 to July 2017.

- From July 2017 to September 2018, they worked as a C++ Developer and 3rd Line Support Team Lead at NatWest Markets. James led a team in fixing critical issues and designed a support process using Agile methodology.
