Sithu Win started their work experience in 2007 as a Customer Support Specialist at VANTEC WORLD TRANSPORT (S) PTE LTD. Sithu was responsible for monitoring stocks, issuing purchase orders, coordinating with customer service and warehouse staff, and managing customer sales orders and logistics shipments. In 2009, they worked as an Information Analyst at DB Schenker. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at Elemica as a Functional Support Analyst. Sithu then moved to Dimension Data Asia Pacific Pte.Ltd in 2014, where they worked as an AP IT Applications Analyst for a few months before returning to Elemica as a Senior Support Analyst.
Sithu Win obtained a Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management from Singapore Logistics Association between 2009 and 2010. Prior to that, they attended the University Of Computer Studies, Yangon from 2001 to 2004, earning a BCSc degree in Computer Science. In addition to their formal education, Sithu Win obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert in February 2014.
