Francesca Schultz is an experienced marketing professional specializing in influencer marketing and social media strategy. Currently serving as the Acting Senior Social Content Manager at ELEMIS since October 2022, Francesca leads the social content strategy for the UK and manages a team of three, focusing on influencer marketing and advocacy initiatives. Prior to ELEMIS, Francesca held the position of Global Influencer Assistant Manager at REN Clean Skincare, where significant growth in earned media value was achieved, as well as roles at L'Oréal, focusing on organic and paid influencer activities across multiple brands. Francesca's career began with various internships and assistant positions, where strong communication and administrative skills were developed, ultimately culminating in a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter.
