Lydia Sutton

Lydia Sutton is a seasoned marketing professional with experience in various roles across notable companies. Currently serving as an Assistant Retail Marketing Manager at ELEMIS since November 2024, Lydia previously held several positions at NEOM, including Customer Marketing Executive and Community Care Team Lead, among others, from September 2023 to July 2024. Lydia also worked as an In Store Brand Comms Assistant at Sainsbury's and gained early experience as a Placement Account Executive at Savvy. Initial work experience includes a brief stint at adidas and a long-term role as a waitress at The Square and Compass. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Northumbria University, graduating with first-class honors in 2019, following education at Harrogate Grammar School.
