Cem Yucel has a diverse and extensive work experience. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Finance & Planning at ELEMIS, a position they began in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. for a total of 12 years. During their time there, they held various roles, including Executive Director of Finance & Strategy (March 2019-October 2022), Head of International Finance for MAC Cosmetics (July 2015-February 2019), Regional Finance Manager for MAC and Bobbi Brown EMEA (October 2012-June 2015), Affiliate Financial Controller (January 2012-September 2012), and Financial Analyst (March 2010-December 2011). Before joining The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., Cem worked as a Business Planning Analyst at Sandoz from January 2008 to March 2010.

Cem Yucel completed their high school education at ISTEK Semiha Sakir Lisesi from 1996 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance from Saint Mary's University, which they completed from 2004 to 2007.
