Michael Shoemaker is a seasoned executive currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Vayda, a certified B Corp focused on promoting regenerative agriculture through data-driven support for growers and landowners. With notable experience as an Independent Board Director at Elenas, a leading social commerce platform in Latin America, and as Chief Operating Officer at Roofstock, where approximately $2 billion in investor capital was deployed, Shoemaker has consistently demonstrated expertise in business operations and strategic growth. Previous roles at Uber included Global Head of Ridesharing Product Operations, where a 90-person team was led, and Regional General Manager for Central and South America, achieving substantial market growth.
