Elenchus recognizes that good corporate governance is increasingly important to your success as a regulated corporation. Our most senior personnel can help you navigate the intersections between management, the board of directors and the OEB.

Founded in 1980 by John Todd, President and CEO, Elenchus is a leading Canadian consulting firm respected for its expertise and experience in economic regulation, focusing on the energy and the telecommunications sectors. Our clients include regulated companies, generators, industry trade groups, consumer advocates, regulators and governments.

Our Economic Regulation group is recognized for its research, financial modeling, policy analysis, and assistance to utilities in preparing regulatory filings and navigating the regulatory approvals process. This also includes monitoring, reporting and development of regulatory strategy.

Utilities are facing regulatory expectations for improved productivity, an aging labour force and infrastructure renewal. Our Performance Management & Human Capital Services group assists clients to understand the changing environment, assess risks and opportunities, and collaboratively develop effective, tailored solutions to improve operations and build knowledge.
