Michelle Wright

Michelle Wright is the current Chief Financial Officer and Secretary to Council at Elenium Automation. Michelle has over 25 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a strong focus on corporate governance.

Michelle started their career at Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1994, where they worked their way up to Senior Manager over the next 10 years. In 2004, they left PWC to join Amcor Limited as their Group Statutory Reporting Manager. After two years at Amcor, Michelle moved to Wesfarmers as their Chief Accountant / Financial Reporting Manager. In 2010, they joined DuluxGroup as their Group Financial Controller, a position they held for seven years before taking on their current role at Elenium Automation in 2017.

Michelle is a highly respected financial executive with a proven track record in delivering strong financial results and improving organisational performance. Michelle is a strategic thinker with the ability to build relationships and drive change across all levels of an organisation.

Michelle Wright has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Melbourne, a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from the University of Melbourne. Michelle attended Mac Robertson Girls Secondary School.

Their manager is Aaron Hornlimann, Director & CEO. They are on a team with Fred Melki - Director & COO, Ralf Weber - Head, Supply Chain & Sustainability, and Cathy Sadler - Chief Delivery Officer.
