Will Blott

Will Blott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people and culture management across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at NextGen.Net since April 2020, Will oversees initiatives that support a majority of Australian mortgage brokers and lenders. In addition, Will is the founder of IfHowNow, providing consultancy services aimed at optimizing leadership and team performance. Will also advises for Elenta and Slyp, contributing to L&D solutions and innovative customer engagement strategies, respectively. Previous roles include Head of People at Cover Genius, Chief People Officer at DNW Group, and various positions at Google focusing on team and organizational development across the Asia-Pacific region. Will holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
