Helen Jeras

Helen Jeras is an experienced psychomotor therapist with a career spanning several roles since 2001. Currently, Helen works at Eleos since July 2016, focusing on body contact through psychomotor therapy. Additionally, since April 2014, Helen has been self-employed as a psychomotor therapist. Previous positions include freelance psychomotor therapist at Care to Change and a guide at Evangelisch Begeleidingscentrum, where support was provided to young adults with psychiatric issues. Earlier experience includes treatment roles at Eleos, coordination of volunteer work at Stichting In de wingerd, and a dual position as a psychomotor therapist and physical education teacher at J.H. Donnerschool. Helen holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychomotor Therapy and Movement Education from Windesheim and has furthered expertise with training in schematic therapy.
