Rinse Stark has extensive experience in the IT field, currently serving as a Functioneel beheerder Zorgapplicaties at Eleos since February 2017, where responsibilities include managing various healthcare applications such as mijnQuarant and FarmedRX. Prior to this role, Rinse held the position of ICT manager at Sneep Industries BV from February 2001 to June 2015, overseeing the IT infrastructure for 50 office locations. Rinse began a career in software development as a Software engineer at Vlot Solutions from July 1994 to February 2001. Rinse holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatietechniek from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, completed between 1990 and 1994.
