Noam Deul

Noam Deul is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering, Apps at both elephant and Pipl, where responsibilities include managing full stack and QA engineering teams to develop customer-facing products and critical internal services. Prior to these roles, Noam was an R&D Team Leader at IBM, overseeing the transformation of on-boarding systems and mentoring a team of developers. Additional experience includes positions as a System Verification Engineer at Celeno, Testing Engineer at Texas Instruments and Comverse, and a Technical Support Representative at McCann Erickson and 012 Golden Lines. Noam holds an MBA from Tel Aviv University and a BSc in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering, Afeka.
