Stuart Katz

Stuart Katz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success and service management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at Elephant since April 2024, Katz previously held similar leadership roles at Sticky.io and NoFraud, where efforts focused on building customer success organizations and implementing satisfaction initiatives. Katz's career began at Yodle, progressing through several roles to positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Customer Success at Ordergroove and Program Manager at Educate-Online. Katz holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Logistics from The Ohio State University.
