Jenna Hanson, SPHR, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Elephas since November 2022, with a focus on streamlining HR functions and managing various aspects of HR departments. Previously, Jenna held the title of Director of Internal Operations at the Wisconsin Hospital Association from June 2014 to November 2022, overseeing HR functions including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee relations. Earlier roles included Education Coordinator, where Jenna coordinated educational events, and Office Support Specialist at Northern Illinois University, utilizing marketing tools for outreach. Jenna began a career in staffing as a Recruiter at Workplace, specializing in candidate acquisition. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
