Stephanie Dion

Stephanie Dion currently serves as Senior Director of Commercial Strategy at Elephas, overseeing the product vision and strategy for ex vivo platforms that leverage live tumor fragments to assess immunotherapy responses. With extensive experience at The Jackson Laboratory, spanning from October 2008 to July 2024 in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of JMCRS Business Units, Stephanie played a critical role in developing advanced imaging assays and collaborating across operations, development, and scientific teams. Prior to this, Stephanie worked at Lonza as a Process Technologist and Manufacturing Technician, starting a career in 2002. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Animal Sciences from the University of New Hampshire, obtained between 1995 and 1999.
