Tim Dillman

Tim Dillman has a diverse work experience in supply chain management. Tim most recently served as the Director of Supply Chain at Elephas since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Supply Chain Manager, specializing in New Product Introduction, at Exact Sciences from May 2021 to March 2023. Tim also held positions at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Manager of Supply Chain from September 2018 to May 2021, at Coating Place Inc. as a Supply Chain Manager from May 2016 to September 2018, and at Sub-Zero Group, Inc. in various supply chain roles, including Senior Buyer - New Product Development, Buyer - New Product Development, and Planner III, from October 2007 to May 2016. Tim started their career at Generac Power Systems as a Buyer and intern/Planner from May 2005 to October 2007.

Tim Dillman pursued a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Supervision at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business at the same university, from 2007 to 2009.
